I just got home this afternoon after spending 6 days in the nation's capital. I had a very nice time, my friends were very hostile! It was a very nice flight home, no more ups and downs, it was a direct flight. My friend Andrew from Brandon was in Winnipeg for the past few days for training and he's leaving tonight. He called me when I was in Gatineau on his first night in the city. Luckily I was back in time before he had to leave. We decided to go see a movie. We went to see UP in 3-D.UP was much better than it looked! It did kind of look dumb when I saw the poster but I decided to give it try since Proposal and Transformers haven't debuted yet. The 3D glasses were neat but I was charged extra for them. Oh well, souvenir. It supposed to be for kids but I really enjoyed more than I expected...it even got me teary somewhat. The story is relatively simple BUT the acting, emotions, and tone of the voice actors was incredible. I was so touched :) I give it a 3.75/5!
